2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to use this platform. By using Renzora, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Products & Services

  • Renzora acts as a marketplace to connect resellers, vendors, and customers.

  • We do not manufacture or hold inventory unless specifically stated.

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are managed by vendors and may change at any time.

5. Reseller Policy

  • Resellers may list and promote Renzora products through provided tools.

  • Profit margins, marketing materials, and delivery timelines must follow platform guidelines.

  • Misuse or spamming may lead to removal from the platform.

6. Order & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and vendor logistics.

  • Delays or shipping issues must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of expected delivery.

7. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Renzora is not liable for incorrect pricing displayed due to technical errors.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the refund policy mentioned separately.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for eligible products.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once the return is approved.

9. Vendor & Partner Obligations

  • Vendors must comply with Renzora’s seller policies and legal guidelines.

  • Any counterfeit, prohibited, or misrepresented products will lead to account termination.

  • Payouts are processed based on order completion and settlement cycles.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and digital assets of Renzora are protected under copyright.

  • Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Renzora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Users use it at their own risk.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is protected under our [Privacy Policy]. By using the app, you consent to data collection and processing in accordance with it.

13. Termination

Renzora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violating terms or misuse of services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in courts located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
